The Vanguard Renaissance Festival offers a variety of exciting opportunities for individuals and groups to get involved and become part of the experience. Whether you’re interested in joining the cast and bringing history to life through performance, serving as a volunteer to support festival operations, or sharing your goods and talents as a vendor, there’s a place for you at the fair. Community partners and businesses can also participate through sponsorship opportunities that help enhance the festival while gaining meaningful visibility. No matter how you choose to get involved, your participation helps create a vibrant, engaging celebration for all who attend.

Interested vendors are invited to complete the registration form below to participate in the Vanguard Renaissance Festival. Commercial vendors may reserve a space for a $100 fee, while non-profit organizations are welcome to participate at no cost. We look forward to showcasing a diverse range of goods, services, and community partners at this year’s festival.
