Festival Map
Celebrating our college mascot and the spirit of Vanguard, Vanguard Renaissance Festival is a free arts and culture event featuring student-led activities, games, contests, and performances - all themed in the time period of the English Renaissance (late 15th to early 17th centuries).
Founded in April 2025, the Vanguard Renaissance Festival is an official fundraiser of the Student Government Association for the Student Emergency Hope Funds at ASU-Beebe.

Festival Schedule

Parking Information
We encourage guests to carpool whenever possible to help reduce the environmental impact of the event. Free event parking is available on campus. Guests should plan to park in Parking Lot F, located next to the Science Building at 300 Peach Street, Beebe, AR 72012. If additional parking is needed, overflow parking will be available in Parking Lots E, D, and G.
The only entrance to the festival is located in front of the Science Building (300 Peach Street).
Guests who park near the McKay Student Center out of habit will be asked to walk around the festival grounds to access the Science Building entrance. Please note that there is no entry to the festival from the Owen Center or the McKay Student Center.
Realm Coinage
Realm Coinage is the official currency of the Renaissance Festival, offering patrons an immersive way to purchase goods and services throughout the realm. While most vendors accept U.S. currency, all ASU-Beebe student-run booths accept Realm Coins only, which may be exchanged at a rate of $1 USD = 1 Realm Coin at the Treasury Booth located at the festival gate.

Trinket Trading
Trinket Trade is more than just swapping items; it’s about sharing kindness, joy, and meaningful connections. Bring trinkets that hold significance—handmade items, natural treasures like gems, or wearable tokens. These trinkets serve as reminders of the wonderful and magical people you meet at the faire.
Closing Ceremonies
The Closing Ceremonies mark the grand conclusion of the festival, featuring guest knighting, announcements of contest winners, award presentations, a fundraising check presentation, and a community-wide singing of the traditional Renaissance fair song, “Here’s a Health to the Company.”
