Sponsorship opportunities for the Vanguard Renaissance Festival, hosted by the Student Government Association at Arkansas State University–Beebe (ASU-Beebe), offer a meaningful way to support a student-led arts and culture event in Arkansas while directly investing in student success. This festival is a student-led fundraiser for the ASU-Beebe Student Emergency Hope Fund, which provides critical support to students facing unexpected financial hardships.

 

One hundred percent of event proceeds benefit ASU-Beebe students—with 60% dedicated to the Student Emergency Hope Fund and 40% reinvested into the Vanguard Renaissance Festival to ensure its continued growth and impact. Sponsors gain valuable visibility with students, families, and the local community while demonstrating a strong commitment to education, creativity, and student well-being.

 

Friends of the Festival ($500.00)

The sponsor will receive exclusive recognition as the naming sponsor for a competition or free activity, their logo will be printed in the festival program, and a sign will be displayed at the competition. Their name will be mentioned at the start and end of the competition, the opening ceremony, and the closing awards ceremony. Opportunities include:

• Corn on the Cobb Eating Contest

 

Festival Champions ($1,000.00)

The sponsor will receive exclusive recognition as the naming sponsor for an area of the festival; their logo will be printed in the festival program, and a sign will be prominently displayed in the area for the entire festival. Their name will be mentioned at the opening and closing ceremonies. Opportunities include:
